Techub News reports that SharpLink Gaming has released its financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The company reported a net loss of $103.4 million for the quarter, primarily due to a $87.8 million non-cash impairment caused by the decline in LSETH asset prices and $16.4 million in non-cash equity incentives related to the Consensys strategic agreement. During the same period, the company's revenue was $7 million, with a gross profit of $2 million. Additionally, SharpLink reached a strategic cooperation with Consensys in the quarter to further advance its Ethereum asset management strategy. Ethereum co-founder, Consensys founder, and CEO Joseph Lubin has joined SharpLink Gaming as the chairman of the board. As of June 30, the company holds 728,804 Ethers, nearly all of which are staked, and has accumulated 1,326 Ethers in rewards.
